Historic Morrison Church – Red Rocks Wedding Photography – Brianna + John

Cloudy days in Colorado are few and far between. With peaks of sunshine here and there, Brianna & John’s wedding was pretty and so beautifully simple. Their sweet ceremony was held at the Historic Morrison Church, with Brianna’s grandfather officiating. Their family and guests were smiling ear to ear when John lifted Brianna up for their first kiss. One of my favorite parts of the day was guests throwing fake snow during the exit out of the church and even though we couldn’t get all the small pieces out of their hair for portraits, it’s really the fun memory that counts. The cloud coverage was perfect for such intimate bride & groom portraits. Even through the freezing temps, I was so happy to capture a few moments where, to them, seemed like no one else was around among the red rocks landscape.
