The St Vrain – Kendra + Cory – Longmont Wedding Photography

So Kendra & Cory are kind of awesome. Yeah, that’s how I’m going to start this blog post. When two people are cool beans, you just gotta point that out right away. 🙂

These two wonderful souls got married at The St Vrain in Longmont. It’s an incredible new venue ran by also, incredible people. The rustic, romantic feel of every space with a dabble of modern feel and art really makes the venue flow as a whole. I’m just getting goosebumps writing about it, so go check it out if you’re looking for a sweet venue!

So back to the awesome couple. Everything just really fell into place for Kendra & Cory’s day. The weather was gorgeous with the sun shining bright, as usual, here in Colorado. Every single vendor helped their day come into complete perfection, from makeup to table settings. My favorite part or should I say parts, was the anticipation of the first look. I get giddy, when the bride and groom get dressed, take a deep breath and smile. Getting to see the love of your life all fancy is so much fun!

So the other parts I’m talking about are the bridal portraits. We ventured out to a field with a beautiful view of the mountains, took some standard shots and then had fun with some slow shutter speeds. Check out the shot where the wedding party is running around Kendra & Cory. It was super fun!

Their ceremony was simple and filled with so much happiness. Kendra & Cory were smiling ear to ear the entire time. I think their sweetest moment was after walking down the aisle as newlyweds, they had a brief moment together and broke down in tears of happiness. I couldn’t help but let them have that moment, it was incredibly heart warming and brings me back to my own wedding day. And love is just freakin’ awesome anyhow.

Guys, their reception was gorgeous! The family style table setting, and flowers, and cake, and just everything, take a slow scroll on through.
