Willow Ridge Manor Wedding – Amanda + Charlie

It’s not every wedding weekend that you have your first two wedding of the season are at the same venue back to back days. Amanda & Charlie’s wedding was also at Willow Ridge Manor on a super hot beautiful Spring day in the foothills. This time it was a brunch wedding and you better believe they had mimosas, man do I have a soft spot for some tasty mimosas.

When Amanda showed me her dress about a month prior to her wedding, I was beyond excited to see it in person. Pictures don’t do it justice, but it looked absolutely gorgeous on her! Also, since her and Charlie are about the same height she wore super cute little ballet flats. She was pretty excited about not really wearing shoes during her wedding day.

I can’t get over the tears in Charlie’s eye when he saw his soon to be wife walking down the aisle, escorted by her father. You could tell all Charlie wanted to do was give her a big hug and a sweet kiss right when Amanda walked up to you at the altar. Amanda & Charlie’s vows & first kiss were sweet and endearing. They truly lit up the room (aka outside) when they got to walk back down the aisle as husband and wife.

Our family portraits & couple portraits were short and sweet because the sun was really starting to beat down. If we had stayed out there any longer we could have some fainting and overheating on our hands. Fortunately we got plenty of some great reception photos and some really cute dancing photos.

It was such an honor to work with Amanda & Charlie and their family. Everyone was so kind and a pleasure to photograph. Congrats you two!
