st. mary’s glacier – kate + jared – winter mountain engagement photogaraphy

Hiking for photos is one of my favorite things to do, but don’t get to do it often as I’d like. When Kate & Jared recommended St. Mary’s Glacier, I say YES! right away. The weather was ideal for our engagement session with beautiful snow flurries, perfect cloud coverage and a very thick frozen lake to walk on. One exception to the experience was some huge gusts of wind and snow blowing at our faces. It just made for Kate & Jared to snuggle in a little closer. You’ll see a few photos like that here, because without a jacket on, it was at some times, unbearably cold.

St. Mary’s Glacier is a location, I can’t wait to go back to. So if you’re in for a quick tough hike up to a gorgeous lake & mountain views, hit my up. I promise I’ll huff and puff my way up there right along with you!

Kate & Jared were a blast on this short and sweet adventure. They are getting married in Evergreen this June and it’s gonna be beatufiul of course! Can’t wait you guys!!
